If you are unsure about a purchase or change your mind please contact us no later than 2 days after you have placed your order. You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract in writing.


You have the legal right to cancel the contract up to 7 working days starting the day after you receive your goods. You have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period. If collection of an item is required, where goods are not faulty we will charge you the cost of collection which will be discussed prior to arrangements being made.

The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition, must be returned unused and in their original packaging with all labels attached for a full refund. Returns can be made through either of these options:

  • Returns via Modern Furniture – We would make the necessary arrangements for collection and discuss collection charges with you at the time.
  • Returns via a courier – This would be arranged by the customer direct with a courier service and all costs met by the customer.
  • Returns direct to our store/factory – Advise us of a date you would like to bring the goods back to our premises and we will arrange for the necessary paperwork being issued.

With the exception of faulty merchandise, for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of certain items which have been opened and used which includes mattresses and pillows.

Authorised returns are refunded within 30 days.
